RETREAT SCHEDULE

 

 

Friday
 

2-3:30 pm    Arrive at the Abbey, settle on in to your room or walk the grounds

 

4:00 pm     Short orientation followed by Yoga Session

 

6:30 pm     Dinner

 

7:30 pm     The Kleshas with Meg Becker, yoga instructor


 

Saturday

 

7:30 am     Light breakfast and tea/coffee

 

8:30 am     Yoga Session

 

11:00 am    Brunch

 

Free time:   Bike, relax, walk the labyrinth or the garden around the huts, visit the temple

 

2:30 pm     Petra will put out a light snack

 

3:30 pm     Yoga Session (Acupuncture as part of yoga session)  

 

6:00 pm     Dinner

 

7:00 pm     Sound Bath


 

Sunday

 

7:30 am     Light breakfast

 

8:30 am     Yoga Session

 

11:30 am   Brunch
